Boynton Beach man seventh in high-stakes poker tournament

Marc Alan Levy, of Boynton Beach, finished seventh in the state’s first poker tournament with officially sanctioned higher stakes. The event ended Sunday at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. Levy won $26,500.

Its back…. After months of anticipation the World Series of Poker has begun. On Friday it was ‘shuffle up and deal’ time. The first game of this years WSOP was the $10,000 pot limit hold’em. The tournament started with 352 players putting up the $10k buyin. After two days of play and lots of excitement it was down to the final table.
